The Liege Competition and Innovation Institute (LCII), Brussels School of Competition (BSC) and Association pour l'Etude du Droit de la Concurrence (AEDC/VSMR) have the pleasure to invite you to the jointly organized conference A New "Consensus" on Competition Policy in Digital Markets?, which will take place on Monday 16 December 2019 from 9 am to 6 pm at the FEB premises in Brussels.

Several expert reports published in 2019 appear to converge in their assessment of market failures in digital economy markets, as well as on the remedies required from a competition and regulatory point of view. This conference seeks to assess whether these findings can lay the foundations of a new consensus, apt to provide directions to enforcement, judicial and lawmaking authorities in the EU.
